Each serum has a unique energetic effect and you use each for a week.

Wood (= energy stimulating), Fire (= blood flow), Earth (= detoxifying), Metal (= draining) and Water (= water management).

In the morning or in the evening, after cleansing, apply 5 drops to the face and neck with the care cream of your choice (La Crème Visage (mature skin) / La Crème Acide (younger / impure skin).

Scalp Treatment for Healthy Hair:

Dull, dry, greasy hair or hair that breaks down quickly and if you suffer from flakes, an energetic hair treatment is the solution. By making the scalp healthy again, the quality of your hair also restores.

3 times a week, before washing the hair with the element shampoo of your choice, apply 30 drops to the scalp and massage gently. Complete the entire element cycle.
